Adsia Logistics is managed by an investing professional managers who manages the national operations and sub distribution centers. the managing Director is supported with two Operations managers- one for Metro Manila and the other for Visayas and Mindanao. Business development is a separate unit based at Makati. Finance and Accounting is located at Cebu.
To achieve service focus, Adsia Logistics offers dedicated service and pure logistics.
Adsia Logistics employs 167-odd man regular employees distributed over 22 distribution centers nationwide. Forty-one (41) of these stakeholders are qualified SAP users and fifteen (15) are Macola users.
There are 90 stakeholders on fleet operation all of whom are considered frontliners, customer-oriented drivers and collectors. Zero accident and zero defect delivery performance to trade is the name of the game.
The company has a fleet of 121 delivery units of all payload capacities and dedicated delivery personnel all professionally trained and geared to service key accounts as well as secondary booking accounts.
