Adsia Logistics looks at a warehouse as a cube, not a floor space.
Warehouse space utilization is measured in terms of the number of pallets stored on a given floor space and height of building. Utilization is measured in terms of pallet positions rather than square meters, box or case movements rather than monetary value, added service rather than contract service.
The company has a total 15,000 pallets positions on storage racks, all on SAP friendly selective racking system.
Adsia Logistics uses narrow aisle battery-operated forklifts to improve space utilization. Forklifts includes Crown 45RRTT, Rocla F16-7000 TREV Reach Trucks and Yale 9.5 meters high Reach trucks.
Recognizing the difficulty of achieving the highest cube utilization of a warehouse, Adsia Logistics has invested on a long term basis construction of 21st century warehouses, whose ceiling height is 11 meters.
Today, Adsia Logistics offers elevated, well-ventilated, and rodent free warehouses, super-flat slabs of 4,000 psi, loading docks, dock levelers, space for 40 footer vans, quality offices, sales conference rooms and rest rooms as part of their program to delight customers. The first of these type of warehouse are located at Pasig, Cebu, and Tacloban.
Other services includes, brokerage, ship-side to warehouse hustling of containerized vans, shrink wrapping, bundling, reverse logistics, BO distraction, light toll manufacturing and labeling.
